I will have 3 & 4 Bedroom really nice homes with small yards and 2 car garage’s available starting in 2023, 3 bedrooms 1975.00 monthly with 2000.00 deposit & 4 bedrooms 2550.00 monthly with 2,500.00 deposit, Utilities not included…leases will start between June and September, pet ok with 500.00 deposit.I will not be able to show you any units until June of 2023, but you can view floor plans Here. If you would like to put up a hold fee of 500.00 it will guarantee your unit some time between June 1 to August 1 2023.

Leases are for 12 to 24 months. You will be approved with a cosigner and the 500.00 hold fee will credit to your rental deposit. I will need  application filled out Online at: CLICK HERE (please note what size unit you are requesting on your application) once I receive the application I will invoice you. Once the invoice is paid you will be added to my hold list…. each person on the lease will need a cosigner.
